Please allow 2–3 business days for a response. Emails sent on weekends will be replied to the following Monday.
Shipping
Order & Shipping Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. When your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey.
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Our warehouse works fast, and once a package is picked up by the carrier, we are unable to make changes.
Processing Time
Orders typically process within 1–3 business days. Please allow additional time during launches, holidays, or promotional periods.
Where We Ship

U.S. Domestic: We currently ship within the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes

International: International shipping is not available just yet, but stay tuned!
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package is marked as delivered by the carrier, BEACHWASHED is no longer responsible. We recommend choosing a secure delivery location. If you believe your package was stolen or lost after delivery, please contact the carrier to file a claim. We’re happy to support you with any documentation needed.

Returns & Refunds
We craft every BEACHWASHED product with intention, small batches, and clean, high-performance ingredients. But if something didn’t work out, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, email us at hello@beachwashedhair.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll send you return instructions.

If there is an issue with your order... email us ASAP and we will get a new one out to you at no additional charge
Refunds
Refunds are processed once the return has been received and inspected by our team. If the item is damaged upon return or not in its original condition, it may be ineligible for a refund.
All approved refunds (minus any original shipping costs) will be issued to your original form of payment. Refunds typically process within 10 business days depending on your bank.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different product, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order.
